Vintage Goebel Hummel Flower Madonna Figurine TMK-2 Full Bee White Porcelain
Up for sale is a beautiful, highly collectible vintage Goebel M. Hummel “Flower Madonna” porcelain figurine (Model 10/1). This is the elegant, monochromatic white/ivory glazed edition, beautifully showcasing the intricate sculpt work of the Virgin Mary, infant Jesus, and the small bird resting on her book. The model number “10/1″ is clearly incised into the porcelain base. This is a scarcer, larger variant measuring exactly 9.5 inches tall, making it a substantial and prominent display piece compared to standard postwar productions. Structurally excellent: NO chips, NO cracks, and NO restorations. High-relief, fragile areas -including the child’s fingers, the bird, and the edges of the veil-are entirely intact. Age-related surface crazing is present on the halo glaze. Features a tiny, microscopic factory-firing iron spot near the center indentation of the halo (inherent to the manufacturing process). Please review all high-resolution photos carefully as they form part of the description. The item pictured is the exact figurine you will receive. This fragile vintage piece will be meticulously packed, double-boxed, and surrounded by ample bubble wrap to ensure safe arrival.

1951 Goebel Hummel #214 Large Porcelain Nativity Set 12 Pc W. Germany
Original large-sized Goebel / Hummel Nativity Set #214, marked West Germany and dated to 1951. This is the highly sought-after early production version with the classic matte glaze and hand-painted detail that made these sets famous among collectors. This is the larger scale version, not the smaller later sets. Mary, Joseph, Baby Jesus, Three Kings, Shepherd, Angel, Donkey, Ox, and additional figures as shown. This is a beautiful vintage set with honest age and collector-typical wear. Donkey has flaws to the ears (see photos). Fine crazing present under the glaze on several pieces, consistent with age and early production Goebel porcelain. Angel appears to be from a slightly different production year but matches the set well in style. No cracks or repairs observed outside of the donkeys ears. Paint and details remain vibrant and display beautifully. Crazing is common and expected in early 1950s Goebel porcelain and does not detract from display or collector value. These early #214 sets are becoming harder to find in complete groupings, especially the large format. A wonderful addition for serious Goebel / Hummel collectors or for a statement heirloom nativity display. Maker: Goebel / Hummel. Set: #214 Nativity. Marked: West Germany. Displays exceptionally well despite noted age-related imperfections. Please Read Before Purchasing.
