Original Goebel Hummel figurine # Hum 57. /0 “Chick Girl” by Goebel. Height 10 cm (about 4 inches). TMK 1 “Crown Mark”. The figurine was made between 1936 and 1949. It has under the base an incised, as well as a stamped, TMK 1 “Crown Mark”. Is a so-called “double crown” figurine. Since there are no other stamps, it was most likely. This figurine was originally modeled by master sculptor Reinhold Unger in 1936. Being an early piece, the bottom of the base is quartered. The figurine is well kept and in excellent condition with no damage, chips, repairs, crazing or the likes. Please feel free to contact me anytime for further information.
