This is a vintage Goebel or Hummel figurine of design 152 B known as Umbrella Girl. It has a TMK-4 Bee which corresponds to a manufacturing date of 1964 to 1972. It is marked 1951 which I think is the date of the first release of the design. This design was produced in several sizes and this is the larger size being about 7.5″ tall, 8″ wide, and 7 deep. The design features a young girl in a blue outfit with blond hair and pigtails sitting under a large brown umbrella. It is in good used condition. There is no original box.
