Goebel Hummel We Wish You The Best #600 Century Collection New Open Box w/ COA+ Pamphlet TMK-7 – 1991 – Artist Signed. Some of the most popular and collectible M. Hummel figurines are the larger ones that Goebel produced over the years. One exceptional example is the Hummel #600 We Wish You The Best figurine. This figurine features 4 delightful young girls and was designed by master sculptor Helmut Fischer in 1989. It was the sixth figurine in Hummel’s Century Collection series of limited edition figurines and clocks. We Wish You The Best was issued in 1991 and was limited to a single year of production in the Twentieth Century. It was designed by Helmut Fischer in 1989, based on the original art of Sister Maria Innocentia Hummel. Since it was a Century Collection figurine it was released as a limited edition and only produced for a single year. As you can see in the pictures, it is a rather beautiful figurine and a wonderful example of the Hummel style. Signed “WXL 273″ and “RO” on underside of base. Could be “RD” instead of “RO”. This is HUMMEL GOEBLE CENTURY COLLECTION FIGURINE #471 HARMONY IN FOUR PARTS. It was produced in 1987 for the Century Collection and retired in 1991. The top of the lamppost, in the rear, is missing. This was discovered to be a problem with the production of the early pieces and the lamppost was replaced by a metal one in later firings. Despite the missing piece, which can’t be seen. Goebel Hummel #471 CENTURY COLLECTION Harmony in Four Parts TMK-6 New Open Box w/COA++. Some of the most popular and very collectible M. Hummel figurines are the larger pieces that Goebel produced over the years. One excellent example of these large figurines is Hummel “Harmony In Four Parts”, #471. Harmony In Four Parts was produced in 1989 for the M. Hummel Century Collection, which consisted of limited edition figurines and clocks. Harmony In Four Parts was designed by master sculptor Gerhard Skrobek. The figurine measures 9-3/4? This figurine was the fourth in the series to be created as a Century Collector’s piece. Released in 1989 for the U. One interesting fact about this figurine is that later versions of it were produced with metal lampposts since the earlier ceramic lampposts were prone to breakage. Some collectors speculate that over time the figurines with the ceramic lampposts will be more valuable than those with metal posts as fewer figurines with ceramic posts were produced. Some of the most popular and collectible M. Hummel figurines are the larger ones that Goebel produced over the years. One exceptional example is the Hummel #441 “Call to Worship” figurine. As one of the tallest in this collection at 13 inches, this figurine commands a lot of attention. It also has a working clock with chimes on the hour and works off a single “C” battery. There are three settings: One setting is the Ave-Maria Melodie, second setting is the Westminster Chimes and the third setting is no song: Your Choice to select. A circular inscription is on the bottom of the base with the words, M. HUMMEL CENTURY COLLECTION 1988 XX. As you can see in the pictures, it is a beautiful figurine and a wonderful example of the Hummel style. C battery Not Included! Clock was tested: All three settings and the dials on the clock function exactly as they should. Hand Signed “WXL 056″ on underside of base and side of original box.
