Original Goebel Hummel figurine # Hum 103 “Farewell, Table Lamp” by Goebel. Heigt 16 cm (about 6 1/2 inches). TMK 1 “Crown Mark”. The figurine was made in 1937. It has under the base a stamped, as well as an incised TMK 1 “Crown Mark”, is a so-called “double crown” figurine. Since there are no other stamps, it was most likely made before 1945. This figurine was originally modeled by master sculptor Erich Lautensack in 1937. It is extremly rare, less than 10 of this item exist. According to factory records it was listed as a “Closed Edition” April 20th, 1937. The figurine is well kept and in excellent condition with no damage, chips, repairs, crazing or the likes.
