HUMMEL GOEBEL 150 TMK-1 Crown Mark HAPPY DAYS Boy & Girl with Guitar & Mandolin

GOEBEL HUMMEL Figurine #150 HAPPY DAYS – TMK-1 Crown Mark. Hummel figurine #150 HAPPY DAYS made by Goebel from designs by Sister M. Hummel (Maria Innocentia Hummel), hand-crafted and hand-painted. The figurine also bears the printed mark U. The figurine shows a little girl in a long yellow dress playing her guitar next to a little boy with a jacket and blue striped pants playing his mandolin lute? Each is singing along with music. The girl is standing atop a small grassy mound making her appear taller than the boy, but they are nearly the same size. Just over 6 inches (15 cm) high and 5 inches (12.5 cm) wide. (no chips, cracks, repairs or other significant defects). There is some very minor crazing to the base. I have given this a preliminary cleaning to get rid of the worst of the dust, but you may want to clean it further. Check out my other items. Be sure to add me to your favorites list. Goebel M. I. Hummel # 13/0 Meditation Crown Mark TMK-1 Closed Edition Vibrant

Hummel # 13/0 “Meditation” 5.25 Crown Mark TMK-1 Closed Edition Vibrant Glossy Colors – Beautiful Example! HUM 13/0 – Meditation – TMK-1. Height – 5.25. This hummel was originally modeled by master sculptor Reinhold Unger in 1935. There are some size and color variations between older and newer models. There are also variations with the older versions having an empty basket and newer ones with flowers in the basket. Additionally, the older pieces have shorter pigtails and also differences in the ribbon. This listing is the oldest version from the 1930s with the crown marking. This example is quite stunning, as the colors are vibrant and glossy. Has “&####128081;” Crown Marking (TMK-1) stamped in Black on underside of base. Hand Signed “5” in black from Master Painter on underside of base. Incised hummel number “13/0″ on underside of base and incised M. Hummel on rear side of base. Colors are Vibrant and Lustrous! Quite rare to find in this condition! Hummel is in Excellent condition considering it’s age! May have a little dust from sitting in the China Cabinet for decades. I did not want to damage it inadvertently by cleaning it. Message me for more details/options. It has under the base a stamped, as well as an incised TMK 1 “Crown Mark”, is a so-called “double crown” figurine. Since there are no other stamps, it was most likely made before 1945. This figurine was originally modeled by master sculptor Erich Lautensack in 1937. It is extremly rare, less than 10 of this item exist.
