Hummel/Goebel, #406’PLEASANT JOURNEY’ Century Collection #2, TMK6, signed

This closed edition Hummel,’Pleasant Journey’ #406, was produced only in 1987 as the second piece in the Goebel/Hummel Century Collection. This charming work features two young girls pulling a wooden cart with a young boy enjoying the ride. The detail in the sculpting of the figures and the painting is exceptional. This piece is stamped with the authentic Hummel Century Collection stamp as well as the TMK-6 stamp. A unique addition to this figurine is a rare hand-signed inscription by Goebel Master painter Ottilie Jakob, that was added at a special signing event in 1987. The personal dedication reads “To Carolyn and Bob, ” Ottilie Jakob 3-31-87. This piece, which has been exhibited as part of our family collection, will make a wonderful addition to yours. No chips, cracks, scratches, or repairs. Underside of base-only- has faint crazing. Previously displayed as part of our family collection.

This listing is for vintage Leibt Mich, Liebt Mich Nicht/She Loves Me, She Loves Me Not (#1582), which is a boy sitting against a fence picking petals off of a flower. This hand painted collectible figurine was made by Goebel/M. This item comes with the original certificate, medallion and box. It is a 50th anniversary piece and is stamped 15 174. The original box is label Hum 174 (01-174-11-9). It is marked on the base and has the original “Leibt Mich, Liebt Mich Nicht/She Loves Me, She Loves Me Not” sticker on the side. It is 4 1/4 tall. I want sell this “UNKNOWN” MI Hummel figurine, made as SAMPLES ONLY because it is NOT alloud by the convent. I know ONLY ONE SAMPLE out side the Archives in the USA. This wonderfull dreaming boy is a original MI Hummel figurine sculpted to a original drawing from Maria Innocentia Hummel, why it is not alloud, i dont know. SO “IF” this modell come on the market in the future, NOT in this optic, they MUST change something and this makes the figurine unique. This means also, that this figurine is a PFE figurine, PFE = possible future edition. The size is 11,42 inch high (29,- cm hoch). The condition is 100% perfect, NO craysing, NO chips, NO breaks, NO repairings and NOthing is missing. HIGH QUALITY and NOT on the MARKET in the past, not in the Robert Miller, Ted Bauer, Robert Stiegler collection and so on.
