Vintage Hummel Checkpoint Charlie. The set includes 4 pieces shown in the photos plus the box. A certificate of authenticity is included indicating this figurine was 05696 out of 20,000 that were produced. Checkpoint Charlie was a location that separated East Berlin from West Berlin. The set has been previously owned and used but in very good condition. There are no chips, cracks or repairs. The box is in good condition with some signs of use and age. This RARE Maria Innocentia Hummel 1st edition plate 1971 measures 7 1/2 inches, is made of porcelain and hand painted. It is titled “Heavenly Angel”. It was issued in commemoration of the 100th Anniversary of Goebel. It is Hum # 264. The plate has the triple line bee above the V stamp. Collectors will know the significance. This plate is in excellent condition. Comes with a box but not the original.
