Hummel # 13/0 “Meditation” 5.25 Crown Mark TMK-1 Closed Edition Vibrant Glossy Colors – Beautiful Example! HUM 13/0 – Meditation – TMK-1. Height – 5.25. This hummel was originally modeled by master sculptor Reinhold Unger in 1935. There are some size and color variations between older and newer models. There are also variations with the older versions having an empty basket and newer ones with flowers in the basket. Additionally, the older pieces have shorter pigtails and also differences in the ribbon. This listing is the oldest version from the 1930s with the crown marking. This example is quite stunning, as the colors are vibrant and glossy. Has “&####128081;” Crown Marking (TMK-1) stamped in Black on underside of base. Hand Signed “5” in black from Master Painter on underside of base. Incised hummel number “13/0″ on underside of base and incised M. Hummel on rear side of base. Colors are Vibrant and Lustrous! Quite rare to find in this condition! Hummel is in Excellent condition considering it’s age! May have a little dust from sitting in the China Cabinet for decades. I did not want to damage it inadvertently by cleaning it. Message me for more details/options.
