Goebel Hummel “Festival Harmony” #172 Full Bee 11 figurine! This Hummel figurine is of a large angel playing heavenly music on a mandolin. Also, resting on the mandolin is a small blue bird. It is model number 172 and it stands 11 tall. The condition is that there is a fine crazing at the base and in some areas of the gown worn by the angel. On the inside edge of the base, there is a small chip. It has the Goebel full bee mark on the bottom of the figurine. It has the model number incised in the base. There is no original box. A very vintage and collectible item. This will make a terrific gift for your special someone or for yourself. In mint, like-new condition with no chips, cracks, or crazing. Was display case stored its entire life. Includes the original box, protective packaging, and COA. An excellent example of some of Goebel / Hummel’s finest work.

Hummel “Flower Madonna” figurine with closed halo. Designed by Reinhold Unger and first produced by Goebel in 1935, it is one of the earliest Hummel figures. It was retired in 1950, but has been re-released several times since. This fine porcelain figurine was made in 1990 and remains one of Hummel’s most collectible figurines. The figurine depicts Mary holding the baby Jesus while holding a flower, a bird perched on an open book on her lap. A notable feature is the light blue cloak, symbolizing the Holy Mother’s protection. Hummel’s signature is incised on the back bottom hem of the figurine’s cape. Measures 8 1/4″ high x 5 3/4″ wide and is in Mint to near mint condition free of nicks or fleabites, does show crazing commensurate with age, please see all photos. Comes with original box and COA certifying limited edition of only 995 pieces. Proud To Be An American on base. Excellent condition with no chips/nicks/cracks/crazing!
