Title: Shepherd’s Boy No. The charm of Hummel dolls lies in their simplicity and innocence. Their expressive faces bring a lively appearance. The soft tones make them an ever-present sight. Although this is a fairly old piece, it is in good condition. As this is a vintage item, there is some wear due to age, but. Please understand that this is the charm of vintage items. Size: 14.5 x 8.0 x 5.5 cm, 209 g (Please allow for slight variations in weight). The dolls are exported all over the world and have a devoted following. Maria Innocentia Hummel, who created the original illustrations for the dolls, was a nun at the Ziessen Abbey in Bavaria. Based on her drawings of children, the Hummel dolls were created using Goebel’s ceramic techniques. The bright and adorable expressions of the children, along with their adorable gestures and innocent expressions, are captivating to look at.
