Up for sale is an authentic vintage M. Hummel “School Boys” (Difficult Problem) porcelain figurine, model #170/I. This is the rarer, larger-scale size variant standing at approximately 7.5 inches tall. The base features the incised model number 170/I and the stamped blue TMK-4 (Three Line Mark), dating its production between 1964 and 1972 by Goebel in West Germany. The authentic incised M. Hummel signature is visible on the base rim. Condition: Excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. Features standard, light age-appropriate crazing in the clear glaze, primarily on the underside of the base.
