Hummel figurine Hum 43. March Winds TMK 1 Double Crown Mark
Original Goebel Hummel figurine # Hum 43. Height about 13 cm (about 5 1/4 inches). TMK 1 “Crown Mark”. The figurine was made between 1935 and 1949. It has under the base a stamped, as well as an incised TMK 1 “Crown Mark”, is a so-called “double crown” figurine. Initial of Goebel’s painter Max Roeser in red under the base. Since there are no other stamps, it was most likely made before 1945. This figurine was originally modeled by master sculptor Reinhold Unger in 1935. There are a few craze lines on top of the base only. The figurine is well kept and in excellent condition with no damage, chips, repairs or the likes.
