Original Goebel Hummel figurine # Hum 757 “A Tuneful Trio” by Goebel. Rare Arbeitsmuster metal tag signed July 1995! Hight 17 cm (about 6 3/4 inches). The figurine was made and signed in July 1995 as an Arbeitsmuster or painter’s sample. It has stamped under the glaze the word “Arbeitsmuster” (left side). Initialed by the Goebel masterpainter in July 1995 (7/95 lower right side). Model number blackend, also “xxxx” instead of a serial number. The figurine has the original metal tag with the inscription Arbeitsmuster W. The figurine was not intended for sale, but served as a reference figurine for the painting of the subsequent pieces. This figurine was originally modeled by master sculptor Helmut Fischer in 1993. The figurine is well kept and in excellent condition with no damage, chips, repairs or the likes.
