Rare Hummel Goebel PFE Sample Unreleased Tall Version # 659 TMK 7. Possible Future Edition Taller Version Angel with wings standing tall and holding a much more detailed lantern than the smaller released version. Overall this figure is of much higher quality and detail than the released as it is a mother sample, what was originally presented to the convent for approval. Only a very few samples are created and presented to the convent for approval, those that are not approved exist in only samples, typically in numbers you can count on one hand. This piece is not only taller, it stands on a square base compared to the released round base. Stands at 5.75″ tall compared to the released piece which stands at 4.5″. This is in excellent condition and comes as shown with no damage or repairs. As always, more than willing to accept reasonable offers too, thank you for viewing.

There have been some significant variations in Spring Cheer over the years of its production. It was initially released wearing a yellow dress and no flowers in the right hand. During the period of the Stylized Bee TMK-3, the figure was produced with a green dress and flowers in the right hand having been restyled in 1965 by master sculptor Gerhard Skrobek who added the flowers to the right hand. This is the way the more recent versions are found. Some of the old versions without flowers were left over and were painted with a green dress to match the newer models. This makes the version with the green dress and no flowers in the right hand very rare. 5 1/4″ Height, 2 3/4″ Width.

This latest news version is rare. I have searched the internet for days and have not have been able to find this version. The name is hand painted and some of it is coming off. There might be a small crack on the top of the newspaper (shown in last 2 photos) but it seems to be from the firing/curing process.

Original Goebel Hummel figurine # Hum 153/0 “Auf Wiedersehen” by Goebel. Rare early version Boy With Hat. Height about 14 cm (5 1/2 inches). TMK 2 “Full Bee”. The figurine was made between 1950 and 1956. It has under the base a stamped, as well as an incised TMK 2 “Full Bee” plus “Germany” stamped. This figurine was originally modeled by master sculptor Arthur Moeller in 1943. In the early 1950s this small size was introduced. The figurine is well kept and in excellent condition with no damage, chips, repairs, crazing or the likes. Please feel free to contact me anytime for further information. This is a 1950’s may be earlier they did two versions one larger that is very common and this one that is much scarcer and fewer of them. Tinkerbell stands 5.25 inches tall and has no chips. Or issues other than she is a picky pretty prissy girl with a temper. She does not see this. Is Tink stands pretty and never opens her mouth on the other hand my wife well that’s another story for. Items are looked over closely for any flaws that would affect the value of the item and are noted just in case you might not notice when viewing the pictures. I take my pictures in a zoom mode so you can see everything as it is under a microscope, and would not see such things sitting on a shelf in natural view. Must be notified 3 days afte.
