Hummel HUM 109/II Happy Traveler Globe Trotter 8 TMK-6 W. Bring home one of Hummel’s most beloved classics with this Goebel M. Hummel HUM 109/II “Happy Traveler”, also widely known by collectors as Globe Trotter. This is the desirable larger version, standing approximately 8 inches tall. The cheerful young traveler, carrying his umbrella under one arm while singing with hands tucked in his pockets, was originally modeled by Arthur Moeller in 1938 and remains one of the most recognizable Hummel designs. HUM 109/II – Happy Traveler (Globe Trotter). Approximately 8 inches tall. Original painter’s initials on the underside. No chips, cracks, crazing, or repairs observed. This larger 109/II version is especially attractive for display and is a wonderful addition to any Hummel or Goebel collection.
