Closed limited edition M. Hummel Goebel Pleasant Journey. Was designed by Gerhard Skrobek. Figurine is the 2nd figurine from the Century Collection Series, and it was manufactured only during 1987. Is in excellent used condition with minimal age appropriate ware without any major defects/repairs. Please review the attached pics, which are part of the item description, for full details. All questions are encouraged and welcome. Dimensions: H=6 1/2″ (base: 7 3/8″ x 4). Figurine is marked: “406”, “W Germany”, “1987/XX” and some other potter marks. Base is double signed by (pic 12). Don’t let this one pass you by! RARE signed by the artist (see photos) “Bird Watcher”. Hummel “Bird Watcher” (Hum 300) figurine features a hand-incised script signature of the designer. Often includes a “Goebel Germany” stamp, a “300” mold number, by the Goebel company. This is in amazing condition. The figurine features a young boy looking at birds, often with detailed, hand-painted coloring. Modeled by master sculptor Gerhard Skrobek.
