This charming winter scene features a child mailing a letter at a yellow mailbox, complete with a snow-textured base and a sled at their side – one of the most beloved seasonal Hummel designs. Model: Hummel #340 “Letter to Santa”. Hand-painted with painter’s mark on underside. Classic winter theme with mailbox and sled. The figurine is in excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. Paint colors remain vibrant, and the glaze is clean and well-preserved. Base shows normal age-appropriate crazing typical of TMK-6 pieces. Hummel signature on base. Mold number 340 clearly visible. Hand-applied painter/inspector mark This piece has all the correct indicators of an authentic Hummel from the TMK-6 era. 25 in Base: oval snow-textured platform with sled detail. Rare Vintage Hummel Goebel Santa Teapot Sugar Creamer Set Germany Full Bee 1956. Uncommon figural Christmas teapot by Goebel shaped like Santa Claus. Also stamped “Germany ” and incised with the number T73A. Excellent condition– no cracks — has a small chip on the bottom under edge of teapot lid (see photo) and some crazing throughout due to age — otherwise great shape. Very rare and collectible set. Teapot Measures 4-3/4″ tall to the spout of teapot, approximately 6″ tall to the top of the finial lid, and approximately 5 in diameter at the widest part. Creamer measures 4″ x 4″. Sugar measures 5″ x 2.5″ with top, 2″ x 3.5″ without top. We also have other pieces to this set for sale. Santa Salt and Pepper Shakers. Set of 6 Santa Tumbler Cups.
