There have been some significant variations in Spring Cheer over the years of its production. It was initially released wearing a yellow dress and no flowers in the right hand. During the period of the Stylized Bee TMK-3, the figure was produced with a green dress and flowers in the right hand having been restyled in 1965 by master sculptor Gerhard Skrobek who added the flowers to the right hand. This is the way the more recent versions are found. Some of the old versions without flowers were left over and were painted with a green dress to match the newer models. This makes the version with the green dress and no flowers in the right hand very rare. 5 1/4″ Height, 2 3/4″ Width.

Hummel Figurine Spring Cheer TMK 1 Incised Crown. Wearing a yellow dress. Holding no flowers in her right hand. It has the TMK1 Incised Crown on the bottom. It one of the first Hummels to be produced between 1935 and 1949. Would be a very nice “add” to a collection. Previously owned used item. As with all used items, there may be some barely noticeable marks/blemishes/scuffs and fine surface scratches. There are some scuffs/marks on the underside of the base. The exact age is unknown.
