If your item has been crated, please expect to uncrate it and inspect it before the driver has left and before you sign for it. A driver is obligated to wait. This means that it must be lowered to the ground from the truck, which is usually 3-5 feet off of the ground. You must have the tools and man power to uncrate your item and bring it inside. The driver is not required to provide any tools or assistance.
