My guess is that this is an unfinished Expressions of Youth figurine, as it is painted just like that series and Little Cellist is one of the Hummel’s that was part of that series. Possibly a sample piece? An interesting figurine that would be a unique addition to your Hummel collection. It appears to have no crazing, chips, cracks, or other damage.
